Terms of Service

Last updated 24 June 2026 · governs all use of this site

This website (the “Site”) presents the findings of a private forensic investigation. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Site — allegations, not findings

The Site is a navigation aid for working through exemplar pleadings in United States ex rel. M.P. v. Cane et al., No. 1:26-CV-21948-LFL (S.D. Fla.), and the exhibits referenced in them. Every factual assertion is an allegation, not an adjudicated finding. Nothing on the Site is a finding of liability or guilt by any court. Where a matter has been adjudicated, the outcome is noted. The Site is not the operative court filing and is not legal advice.

2. Protected speech and petitioning

The material is published as constitutionally protected petitioning and speech — a citizen’s report to the government and the public on matters of public concern, drawn from documents already filed in, or produced to, courts and agencies. Reproduction of court records and public filings is fair use and protected activity.

3. Corroboration and accuracy

Allegations are supported by multiple independent sources — sworn statements, court pleadings, SEC/EDGAR filings, recorded instruments, and emails — and citations open the underlying documents. The Site is nonetheless provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Documents hosted on third-party gateways (e.g. IPFS) may be unavailable at times outside our control.

4. Logging, IP capture, and privacy

Like every web server, this Site and its hosting and content-delivery providers record information about each request. This includes, without limitation, your IP address, approximate location, time zone and access time, browser and user-agent string, language, device and screen characteristics, and referring URL. A summary of this information is displayed to you on entry so that the logging is disclosed, not hidden.

These access logs may be retained and provided to law enforcement, regulators, or a court in connection with the matters described on the Site, or in response to lawful process, or to investigate misuse, threats, or attempts to interfere with the Site. By using the Site you consent to this collection and use. Do not use the Site if you do not consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to harass, threaten, or intimidate any person; to scrape or republish its contents in a manner that strips context or attribution for an unlawful purpose; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems; or to interfere with its operation. Lawful review, citation, and onward reporting to authorities are expressly permitted and encouraged.

6. Intellectual property

Court records and government filings are public documents. Original commentary, layout, and analysis on the Site are provided for review, citation, and reporting. Names are abbreviated (e.g. “M.P.”) where appropriate to limit unnecessary disclosure of private parties.

7. Corrections and takedown

If you believe any statement is inaccurate or any document was published in error, contact the operator with specifics and supporting documentation. Good-faith corrections will be made promptly. A takedown request does not, by itself, establish that a statement is false.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its contents. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Site.

9. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the underlying action is pending, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The operator may update these Terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes re-prompt the entry agreement.

10. The entry agreement

On first visit (and after any material change to these Terms) the site presents a short entry-acceptance agreement summarising these points and disclosing the connection details recorded with your visit. You may re-open that agreement at any time:
